How Does Tweet Plus1 Work?
It's really simple, believe us.
On a lot of websites, people will post a comment of "+1" to show that they agree with something that was said. So why not carry this over to twitter?
If you agree with someone's tweet or just want to give a virtual pat on the back to someone, all you need to do is include "#+1" in your tweet. That's it.

Getting Started
If you want to give somebody a +1, just include #+1, #+one, #plus1 or #plusone in your tweet.
Popular Topics
If you include any other hash tags in your tweet, your +1 will also count as a vote towards making that hash tag popular.
Retweets
Retweets are a great place to add you +1. This shows that you agree with the original tweeter.
